Inspiring highly sensitive women to live their authentic lives

What’s Next?

You're standing at the edge of a new chapter – one that promises freedom, growth, and purpose. But instead of excitement, you may be feeling uncertainty, restlessness, or even doubt. That’s completely normal, especially for highly sensitive people who experience life with depth, nuance, and care.

How would it feel to enter this next phase of your life or career with clarity and confidence?

Would any of these thoughts sound familiar?

  • I’m ready to retire from my current career, but I’m not ready to leave the workforce.

  • I am exhausted at the end of my work day and week, and spend the weekend recovering and doing chores to start over again on Monday.

  • I am too sensitive in how I interact with the world and people.

  • I want to do something different, but I am not sure what it is and how to move forward.

  • I’ve thought a lot about retirement, but I am not sure what I would do with my time.

  • One more year and then I’ll retire.

Reimagine What’s Possible

Imagine waking up and saying:

  • Retirement is amazing because I finally have the time and space to explore what I’ve left behind—or have yet to discover.

  • My days are centered around activities and endeavors that are joyful and fulfilling.

  • A new version of myself is emerging and is more in alignment with who I truly am as a person.

  • I have a vision for my future and work towards this every day.

Why Work with a Coach?

Highly sensitive people often process transitions more deeply feeling the emotional, mental, and even physical impact of change. Coaching provides tools, insight, and support tailored to your unique needs.

This isn’t just about creating a plan. It’s about honoring who you are, where you’ve been, and where you’re headed.

Let’s Talk About What’s Next

You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need the willingness to explore.

I support highly sensitive people who are approaching retirement, shifting careers, or simply feeling called toward something more—more purpose, more meaning, more alignment.

Why Highly Sensitive People?

Because we often experience the world more deeply—its beauty, its pain, its possibilities. We don’t rush into the next thing. We reflect. We feel. And sometimes, we need the right kind of support to move forward with clarity and confidence.

I’m here to walk alongside you, not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and design a life that feels true to who you are—now.

Anne’s Story

At 42, I was living in Cooperstown, NY—married, working as a librarian, and taking classes to become a financial planner. Life seemed stable and planned out. But everything shifted when my husband asked for a divorce.

In that moment of upheaval, I paused to reassess. I asked myself a simple but powerful question: If not now, when? That question became the catalyst for a major life transition. I relocated to the Asheville, NC area, made a career change, and began again—this time on my own terms.

Over the next 12 years, I built a rewarding career in the financial planning industry, helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their financial futures. But as I approached my own next chapter, I began to reflect on what I wanted this phase of life to look like—and how I could use my experience to support others doing the same.

With my coaching, I help navigate transitions into retirement, new jobs, and/or a life with more purpose and direction. I believe this next stage of life isn’t just an ending—it’s a new beginning, full of potential for growth, fulfillment, and renewed energy. Whether it’s redefining goals, rediscovering passions, or simply exploring what’s next, I’m here to help make that journey both meaningful and empowering.
